Once in a life every individual faces the dilemma either they should do a job or they should start a business. Both the field do have their own set of advantages over another. Here are some of those points that would help you to decide.

1 Money/earning :-

In job an individual earns fixed amount of money in fixed period of time. It doesn't have much dish of losing his share of income. Earning of businessman depends on Business in case of good days he will earn more profit but there is risk of losses too.


2 Freedom of work :-

In business one have freedom of work he can work as per his time. However, in job there is specific task assigned to be done by specific ways it have very low degree of freedom or no freedom of work.


3 Investment :-

In business individual has to invest some amount of money which do have risk of losing. While in job there is investment of just time and efforts no need of investing money.


4 learning new things :- 

In business there are diversified condition which Businessman faces which would lead to new learning. While in business you have to do specific task there are no new challenge to be faced. Hence there is nothing new to learn about


5 work satisfaction :-

The businessman putting his efforts in business would get paid for it. Satisfaction of efforts is more in business. However in job the work satisfaction level depends upon interest of individual doing it. The one who gets job in his favorite domain would have more satisfaction from job.


Either it is Business or job it depends upon the needs, abilities to put efforts and investment would help you to decide.
